Description
Fedora Fails To Install
2025-07-30 10:50:48 UTC
Closing this as WONTFIX since it's the closest I can get. The realtime subpackage is dependent upon python3-websockets >= 13, but we only have version 12 in Fedora 41. There was a significant API break in python-websockets 13 according to the docs, so it's unlikely we'll get that version in Fedora 41. I've dropped the subpackage on that release, so this ticket is now invalid. FEDORA-2025-9527ab3e6c (python-openai-1.95.1-7.fc41) has been submitted as an update to Fedora 41. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2025-9527ab3e6c Adding the Bodhi update that drops it and setting back to MODIFIED, or else the automation would open a new bugzilla. FEDORA-2025-9527ab3e6c has been pushed to the Fedora 41 testing repository. Soon you'll be able to install the update with the following command: `sudo dnf upgrade --enablerepo=updates-testing --refresh --advisory=FEDORA-2025-9527ab3e6c` You can provide feedback for this update here: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2025-9527ab3e6c See also https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA:Updates_Testing for more information on how to test updates. FEDORA-2025-9527ab3e6c (python-openai-1.95.1-7.fc41) has been pushed to the Fedora 41 stable repository. If problem still persists, please make note of it in this bug report. |
