Please fix librsvg2 at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
librsvg2 will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 44,
librsvg2 will be retired, if it still fails to build.

I've backported test reference images from https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/librsvg/-/commit/d8a3de4ba05f0f5c50ca8bca14a9277a0ed724d4 to fix the build.
