Please fix python-networkx at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
python-networkx will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 44,
python-networkx will be retired, if it still fails to build.

I did a bootstrap build in F43 and F44 so that the package can at least be used.  We will do a non-bootstrap build when python-libpysal is fixed.
