rubygem-abrt failed to build from source in Fedora rawhide/f43

Please fix rubygem-abrt at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
rubygem-abrt will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 44,
rubygem-abrt will be retired, if it still fails to build.

Unfortunately, even if I fixed the reason for FTBFS, it does not seems that ABRT would accept Ruby reports :(
