simspark failed to build from source in Fedora rawhide/f43

Please fix simspark at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
simspark will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 44,
simspark will be retired, if it still fails to build.

Note that we ruby-sig folks are going to update ruby to 4.0 and rebuild this package
for ruby 4.0, perhaps on 2026-Jan:

I hope this FTBFS is resolved by that time (at least the upstream PR is merged):
otherwise after ruby rebuild simspark will get FailsToInstall.

Thanks for the feedback. I'll try to fix this FTBS and other similar projects in few days.
