For the needs of bug xxx and bug yyy, harec needs to be upgraded to the latest 0.25.2 release.

This is needed to implement the following Fedora change:

Additional Information:
After https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/harec/pull-request/5 was merged, it became trivial to perform the upgrade. Bumping the version in the RPM spec was enough to get a working package in my COPR repository:
