A flaw was found in gstreamer1-plugins-base. The subparse plugin's `parse_subrip_time` function contains a stack buffer overflow due to insufficient bounds checking when processing subtitle data. This vulnerability allows a local attacker to provide a specially crafted subtitle file, causing a buffer overflow that can result in a program crash.
