Please branch and build xosview in epel9.

If you do not wish to maintain xosview in epel9, or cannot do it in a timely manner, I would be happy to co-maintain it (FAS: redadmin). Please add me via:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Request EPEL branch for the package xosview.
Actual Results:
The package xosview is not currently available in EPEL 9.

Expected Results:
xosview branched and built for EPEL 9.

Additional Information:
lease branch and build xosview in epel9.

Correction: I am not requesting co-maintainership for xosview.
