The package xosview is available in Fedora but not in EPEL 10.

Request to branch and build xosview in epel10.

If you do not wish to maintain xosview in epel10, please just branch and build it; I am not requesting co-maintainership.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Request EPEL 10 branch for the package xosview.
Actual Results:
The package xosview is not currently available in EPEL 10.

Expected Results:
xosview branched and built for EPEL 10.

Additional Information:
Please branch and build xosview in epel10.

I am not requesting co-maintainership, only for the package to be branched and built in EPEL 10.
