This error message quite often indicates that either your installation media image or the device you are booting from (for example an USB flash drive) might be faulty. Please verify image integrity by comparing its check summ - if you use Fedora Media Writer, it will do that for you and running the media check at boot of the image. You might also want to try a different device if issues still persist.
