A heap corruption vulnerability was found in the V8 engine in Chromium-browser. An out-of-bounds write in the V8 engine allows a remote attacker to potentially trigger heap corruption by providing a specially crafted HTML page. This vulnerability allows an attacker to manipulate memory contents, where the exploitation vector involves the processing of malicious HTML content. Heap corruption may lead to unexpected program behavior.
