Description of problem:
libtheora-1.2.0 is available from upstream since March while 1.1.1 is the latest in Fedora. Please enable release-monitoring.org integration for this package (currently: disabled) and consider adding the multimedia-sig group as co-maintainers.

It looks like there's a PR to do the update already, too.
