i have the same problem with fedora core 6 using xorg-x11-drv-i810-1.6.5-10.fc6.
When play some videos (ogm, ogg) show a blue screen.
When i change the driver, in xorg.conf, to VESA, i can see the video ok.
In other machines, with nvidia no problem occurs.

Comment 3 Ney Senna 2007-05-11 21:50:19 UTC
i forgot to say that i use kaffeine.
With Noatun no problem occurs.

Comment 4 Matěj Cepl 2007-05-30 16:15:57 UTC
I guess, that's more xine component rather than us. Just to be sure, could you
please attach /var/log/Xorg.*.log and /etc/X11/xorg.conf as separate
uncompressed attachments to this bug (see "create attachment" link below), please?

I put the file (id=155735) with packages updates (since 2007/05/11) in machine,
because i play the video with sucess now.

Comment 13 Matěj Cepl 2007-05-31 00:22:14 UTC
Wonderful! CLosing this bug then.

Comment 14 Leo 2007-05-31 14:10:14 UTC
What is wonderful?

I just tried in Fedora 7 and it is not fixed. Please mark it as open instead.

Comment 15 Samuel Thibault 2007-06-03 14:21:21 UTC
Please try the latest git revision. It has fixes for such bug.

Comment 16 Adam Jackson 2007-06-06 22:20:11 UTC
Latest git driver has been built for rawhide:

http://koji.fedoraproject.org/packages/xorg-x11-drv-i810/2.0.0/4.fc8/i686/xorg-x11-drv-i810-2.0.0-4.fc8.i686.rpm

Should work fine on F7 as well; give it a shot, if it works I'll push it to F7
updates.

Comment 17 Leo 2007-06-09 12:44:10 UTC
Yes, please push it for F7

Comment 18 Bug Zapper 2008-04-04 00:34:13 UTC
Based on the date this bug was created, it appears to have been reported

maintained. If this bug remains in NEEDINFO thirty (30) days from now,
we will automatically close it.

If you can reproduce this bug in a maintained Fedora version (7, 8, or
rawhide), please change this bug to the respective version and change
the status to ASSIGNED. (If you're unable to change the bug's version
or status, add a comment to the bug and someone will change it for you.)

Thanks for your help, and we apologize again that we haven't handled
these issues to this point.

We will be following the process here:

doesn't happen again.

Comment 19 Bug Zapper 2008-05-07 01:41:42 UTC
