Description of problem:
GkrellM no longer detects nor displays network traffic in the functioning ethernet device

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:
Failure is consistent since 6.15.* kernel

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Load gkrellm
2.enable network device
3.-- must force device to be displayed even if not routed --

Same problem. Apparently a kernel patch was added to rawhide to fix this but not on fc42 yet. Here,
is the gkrellm git bug report with gentoo patch link:
https://git.srcbox.net/gkrellm/gkrellm/issues/78

Please change the component to kernel.

Kernel updated - gkrellm now functions normally.   FIx survives gkrellm restart and reboots.
