With the latest ISO installations, SDDM shows the correct F43 wallpaper (rocket), but the plasma session started later still uses the old F42 wallpaper with the river.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install KDE Live (20250904.0.n)
2. Log onto the system.
3. See the wallpaper
Actual Results:
Old wallpaper is used for session.

Expected Results:
New wallpaper should be used everywhere.

That test was for Fedora-43-20250904.n.0 , which did not yet have the updated kde-settings. Today's F43 does have it, and the new background is shown: https://openqa.fedoraproject.org/tests/3699499#step/_graphical_wait_login/6 . This is just a dupe of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2389102 .
