The libopenh264.i686 dependency of libheif.i686 creates a conflict with openh264.x86_64, because there is no i686 package of openh264. So on i686 this requires noopenh264.i686 to be installed since that is the only package that provides libopenh264 on that architecture. noopenh264.i686 however conflicts with openh264.x86_64, which can only be solved by replacing openh264.x86_64 with noopenh264.x86_64 as well.

This is a problem due to gdk-pixbuf.i686 now depending on glycin.i686, which depends on libheif.i686. gdk-pixbuf.i686 and gdk-pixbuf.x86_64 are both dependencies of wine.

Since there is no actual openh264.i686, I assume the openh264 support in libheif.i686 is not going to work anyway, so there is probably no reason to include it in the i686 build in the first place. That would also solve this conflict.

I wonder why this dependency isn't satisfied by noopenh264, which *is* included in i686 repos?

Should these Conflicts be arched?

The libopenh264 dependency for i686 is satisfied by noopenh264.i686, that's where the conflict with openh264.x86_64 comes from. Turning this into an architecture-specific conflict would probably be another way to avoid the issue. But then any attempts to actually use openh264 by libheif.i686 would still fail as long as there is no proper implementation of openh264 in i686. If there is none I think it would be better to disable support for openh264 in libheif.i686.
