perl-Pango-1.227-42.fc44 fails to build in Fedora 44:

length(NAME) not supported with typemaps other than T_PV in PangoAttributes.xs, line 1039

This is triggered by upgrading perl-ExtUtils-ParseXS from 1:3.58-2.fc43 to 1:3.59-1.fc44.

Fixed in perl-ExtUtils-ParseXS-3.60-1.fc44.noarch.
