Description of problem:
Latest GCC release in 8.10 is 8.5.0-28, which obsoletes gcc-gnat-8.5.0-27.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install 'gcc-gnat' via DNF on RHEL 8.10 with EPEL8 enabled
2. DNF says "Package gcc-8.5.0-28.el8_10.x86_64 is already installed."

Actual results:
gcc-8.5.0-28 is installed which does not include gnat

Expected results:
gcc-gnat should be installed on the system

Additional info:
