NFS Metrics for Read op

Description of problem:
For Read operation NFS Metrics counters nfs_request_size_by_export_bytes_sum and nfs_response_size_by_export_bytes_sum are not getting updated.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):19.2.1-269.el9cp


How reproducible:5/5


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enable metrics in Ganesha.conf and monitor metrics through http://<ganesha-host>:9587
Setup guide: https://ibm.ent.box.com/notes/1966110207741 
2.Create NFS Export, mount and run IO as below, Capture NFS counters for each IO,
Counters: Read, Write
nfs_bytes_received_by_export_total
nfs_bytes_sent_by_export_total
nfs_request_size_by_export_bytes_count
nfs_request_size_by_export_bytes_sum
nfs_response_size_by_export_bytes_count
nfs_response_size_by_export_bytes_sum

a. new export,mount,cp messages and ls
b. Overwrite messages
c. clear client cache and cat messages
d. RW - cp messages messages1
e. RW - clear cache,cp messages1 messages2

Actual results:
counter nfs_request_size_by_export_bytes_sum and nfs_response_size_by_export_bytes_sum are not getting updated for Read op
Attached screenshot for Metrics.


Expected results: For each Read op, counter nfs_request_size_by_export_bytes_sum and nfs_response_size_by_export_bytes_sum should be updated as cumulative.
