Update to 12.2.0 (#2396199)
Note fmt 12.2.0 is required for C++26 support. Can we have https://github.com/fmtlib/fmt/commit/9cb8c0f92b4c345fb974a75d71370c23047528aa backported to Fedora 44 to support C++26? |
