The latest endless-sky requires flac-devel, and needs the .cmake file. I'd love to see this for rawhide and f43, but f42 and f41 if that's OK. I can do this if you'd like.

An unfinished MR for converting flac to cmake is here:
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/flac/pull-request/4

If you can finish it, that would be nice. I'd prefer to provide both m4 and cmake files.

I've pushed an update to the PR adding back the m4 files, with comments. Unfortunately I also created a pr4 branch in the main flac repo by accident.
