Would you please branch and build perl-Data-Entropy for EPEL 10.0 and EPEL 10.1.

This is needed for Zoneminder from RPMFusion.

I am willing to do the work if you wish to grant me access.

FYI, 2401656 is a duplicate of 2401072 which is on QA.
