Would you please branch and build perl-Sys-CPU for EPEL 10.0 and EPEL 10.1.

It seems this package was previously built by Redhat for el9 and older but is not available in EL10.

This is needed for Zoneminder from RPMFusion.

I am willing to do the work if you wish to grant me access.
