Running F42 Workstation in a VM, ran updates via gnome-software and then rebooted. 
Opened gnome-software, selected firewall-config rpm and installed.

This should only remove firewall-config, not firewalld which was previously installed. 



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install F42 Workstation
2. Update to latest packages via gnome-software
3. Install firewall-config via gnome-software
4. Reboot
5. Remove firewall-config via gnome-software
6. List installed packages 
sudo dnf4 list --installed firewall\*
sudo dnf list --installed firewall\*
Actual Results:
The firewalld package and dependencies were removed. 

Expected Results:
Only remove the firewall-config package. 

Additional Information:
Assuming this has to do with packagekit not being in sync with dnf5.

Indeed PackageKit doesn't know yet whether a package installed with dnf5 was auto-installed or manually installed.

However, for that reason it should be assuming that every package was manually installed...

Similar issue occurs installing and removing openshot. 
Fresh installation of F42. Install openshot via gnome-software
