A flaw was found in Thunderbird and Firefox. The Mozilla Foundation's Security Advisory describes the following issue: Memory safety bugs present in Firefox ESR 115.28, Firefox ESR 140.3, Thunderbird ESR 140.3, Firefox 143 and Thunderbird 143. Some of these bugs showed evidence of memory corruption and we presume that with enough effort some of these could have been exploited to run arbitrary code.

Memory safety bugs present in Firefox ESR 115.28, Firefox ESR 140.3, Thunderbird ESR 140.3, Firefox 143 and Thunderbird 143. Some of these bugs showed evidence of memory corruption and we presume that with enough effort some of these could have been exploited to run arbitrary code. This vulnerability affects Firefox < 144, Firefox ESR < 115.29, Firefox ESR < 140.4, Thunderbird < 144, and Thunderbird < 140.4.
