Steps to Reproduce:
1. Left-click on battery icon in status tray
   Menu appears: 
      Laptop Battery (100%)
      ---------------------
      Suspend
      Hibernate

2. Click on "Laptop Battery (100%)"
  
Actual results:
Notification area pops up, with excessive <b> tagging, will attach screenshot

Expected results:
Tags should affect UI but not be user-visible as text

Fixed in gnome-power-manager-2.18.2-4.fc7, available in rawhide.
