Qt 6.6.2 in EPEL9 is affected by QTBUG-129290 which is fixed upstream in Qt 6.9. I downloaded the src qt6-qtbase rpm, applied the upstream patch, and verified the bug is fixed. Can this patch be pulled in?

I've been trying to update qt in EPEL9 to 6.9.  The biggest hangup is qt6-qtwebengine.
I'll give it another try this week.
