Updating brotli to 1.2.0 will expose the Python APIs necessary to mitigate this in scrapy. The actual fix will then be updating python-scrapy to 2.13.4, https://docs.scrapy.org/en/latest/news.html#scrapy-2-13-4-2025-11-17.
