It is not practical to re-generated or update the JavaScript asset bundle used for Snakemake reports downstream. I have asked upstream to consider the CVE in Vega and comment on whether or not Snakemake meets the conditions to be affected. Any further action will depend on an upstream response.

For Fedora 41 in particular, there is no reason to expect that an update could be available before Fedora 41’s end-of-life date, so I am closing this as WONTFIX.
