Description of problem:
Several sub-packages in qt6-qttools has dependencies to old versions of llvm-libs and clang-libs and can not be updated to RHEL 9.7

I will not be building the newer version, just a rebuild of the current version.
I've been trying to build the newer versions (what is currently in F42 - 6.9.3 - but qt6-qtwebengine is proving stubborn, and I'm still a couple weeks away, unless I get some help.

Sorry, I expressed myself in a misleading way. I meant a new package for LLVM 20 and not a newer version of the package.
