Description of problem:
castxml needs to be rebuilt for RHEL 9.7 or libLLVM.so.20.1()(64bit)

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
castxml-0.6.13-1.el9.x86_64 

Actual results:
# dnf install castxml

Error:
...
  - cannot install both llvm-libs-19.1.7-2.el9.x86_64 from appstream and llvm-libs-20.1.8-3.el9.x86_64 from @System
