Description Maciej 2025-11-19 12:50:24 UTC
current latest version 4.8.17 is obsolete - relays running that version are marked as "Not Recommended" and obsolete. Latest proper version is 4.8.20, meanwhile even in fedora 44 I only see 4.8.19

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf
2. install
3. tor
Actual Results:
gets version 4.8.17

Expected Results:
getting version 4.8.20

Comment 1 Marcel Haerry 2025-11-19 19:19:33 UTC
Yes, I got distracted while preparing the upgrade to 4.8.19 and now 4.8.20 is already out.

Any help in co-maintaining the package is more than welcome.

Comment 2 Marcel Haerry 2025-11-19 20:00:26 UTC
Even 0.4.8.21 is out, but it doesn't build on x86:
