Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Discover software manager
2.Click the green banner at the top to upgrade to Fedora 43
3.During the process I get the same error every time.
Actual Results:
I get the error message 

Expected Results:
Should upgrade my Fedora 42 install to Fedora 43
