Description of problem:
I used Plasma 6.5.3 on Wayland in a Fedora 43 KDE installation. I ran dnf offline-upgrade with updates-testing enabled which included selinux-policy-42.17-1.fc43.noarch. On the next boot, I ran Dolphin. I selected the Trash folder on the left bar in Dolphin which had some deleted videos. I moved the cursor over the video files. There were repeated SELinux denial notifications shown. bwrap was denied mounting /tmp which had the tmp_t label. ls -laZ /tmp showed
drwxrwxrwt. 20 root root system_u:object_r:tmp_t:s0           480 Nov 26 21:30 .

blocking-1 and blocking-2 were denied connecting to /run/systemd/userdb/io.systemd.Home with the systemd_homed_t label as I reported at Bug 2415075.

Bug 2415016 had bwrap denials mounting /tmp which involved the labels thumb_tmpfs_t and tmpfs_t. 
SELinux is preventing bwrap from 'mounton' accesses on the directory /tmp.

If you believe that bwrap should be allowed mounton access on the tmp directory by default.
Then you should report this as a bug.
You can generate a local policy module to allow this access.
Do
allow this access for now by executing:
