Please branch and build libharu in epel10 (and epel10.1, 10.0)

If you do not wish to maintain libharu in epel10,
or do not think you will be able to do this in a timely manner,
I would be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package (FAS orion);
please add me through https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/libharu/adduser

It appears to build fine.

Will you be able to branch and build libharu in epel10?
I would be happy to be a co-maintainer if you do not wish
to build it on epel10 (FAS: orion).
