While trying to install Fedora to hard disk from a live system stick, in the system configuration step, I encountered the following error:

The installer cannot continue due to a critical error: Installation of the system failed: Storing configuration file and kickstarts

Installer WebUI Critical Error:
org.fedoraproject.Anaconda.Error: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'path'

Please attach the log file /tmp/journal.log to the issue.

The installation actually did succeed; after a reboot I was prompted again to create a user, but after this I had a functioning installed system.
