Using Settings/Background dialog:  
Setting background aspect and BG colors will not survive a restart/logout.   
The background image/graphics hold, but not the color/aspect/tile settings. 

Behavior is consistent in F42 and F43.   Purging caches makes no difference.

1.Set parameters
2.Restart
3.



Additional Information:
Other than this bug, e16 is still working as fantastic as usual.  (Using it since F16)

@Terje Rosten   Thank you.    Now comes the hard part.   Waiting for it to propagate through the mirrors system.   

I need to check my F40 systems to see if the bug was there, too.
