Still no open264 packages available from cisco, even now when version 44 is about to be released.

The packages was supposed to be at https://codecs.fedoraproject.org/openh264/44/x86_64/ but there
are not packages at all.

There are 44 (and 45) packages now, but that doesn't seem to be what this report is about.

I am not sure about the orig error here as thats for f43 and should have always worked, unless you are in a location that doesn't allow downloads from that repo.

Sorry, I didn't notice that it was for 43.  However, once in a while the server
is temporary down, so in this case, this bug could be closed as Not a Bug.
