Sequoia is not used in Fedora trustee-guest-components package.

fedpkg prep
cd trustee-guest-components-0.15.0-build/guest-components-0.15.0
cargo tree --workspace | grep -i sequoia # show nothing
grep -i sequoia -l -R . # show image-rs which is not currently built in Fedora
