The current URL http[://]kasumi[.]sourceforge[.]jp/ yields a 403.

It looks like the project moved to: https://github.com/fujiwarat/kasumi-unicode

Please verify and update the package.

Well, not exactly. that is a fork of this project. Unfortunately the original seems missing due to the host site was sold and not accessible anymore.

We may need to think of rebasing or make a new package and retiring.
