I cannot install Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3 update ?(unkown)  hard drives on my 
Dell Power Edge 2950.To recognize the Serial ATA (SATA), I have tried loading 
drivers from manually but this does not work either. On
Is there a workaround to this issue? 

Symptom: When attempting to install Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3,  
The following error message may be displayed: 
An error has occurred - no valid devices were found

This bug is filed against RHEL 3, which is in maintenance phase.
During the maintenance phase, only security errata and select mission
critical bug fixes will be released for enterprise products. Since
this bug does not meet that criteria, it is now being closed.
