The service page of cockpit refreshes always its content.
The permanent refresh is on services/target/Sockets/Timer/path.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.visit cockpit with your browser
2.switch to the tab services
3.
Actual Results:
I see a flickering page, that refreshes its content.

Expected Results:
A page, that does not flicker

I'm experiencing that also. The page is unusable at the moment, both on my laptop and desktop. This looks like an issue when running on `firefox`, I've tested with chromium and it seems work correctly with chromium.

Those were obtained by switching to the service tab and clean up all the previous messages, those are the messages that keep repeating.
