Description of problem:
Trying to install incron on epel10 machine, I get package not found error

How reproducible:
Install epel10, run "dnf info incron"

Actual results:
Error: No matching package

Expected results:
like epel9 server:

Just FYI, 'epel' is not a specific set of packages mass branched for newer releases, but is specific to each epel release.

That said, incron seems to build and looks ok, so no problem adding it to epel10.
