Description of problem:

We need an EL10 build of perl-X11-Protocol-Other in order to build an EL10 clusterssh.

Note:  An EL10 perl-X11-Protocol rpm will be needed to build this which was reported on https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2427428
