The first fix landed for 3.6.6 as a cherry-pick https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/libsoup/-/commit/4aaaa9a2a9d85638411083bd3587b15146cadf4b of the https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/libsoup/-/merge_requests/494

The https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/libsoup/-/merge_requests/518 mentions a bit more is needed to be done.

Thinking of it, I'm closing this one, as the f42 will reach its end of life soon. The bug #2427904 is for f43 and newer Fedoras.
