Description of problem:
GNOME has been rebased in CentOS 10 from version 47 to 49.  gnome-shell-extension-argos has an RPM dependency on gnome-shell < 49.0, and also doesn't list version 49 in its metadata.json file to allow the extension to be enabled.  Besides not working for new installs, this will block upgrades for systems that already have the package installed.
