I also have this issue. Same here, I've also experienced this same thing with the BCM43xx_mac80211 module with my Broadcom card. Have tested this using the BCM43xx_mac80211 module with an intel wireless card and Network manager works fine. Seems isolated to ndiswrapper and broadcom cards on bcm43xx_mac80211 Created attachment 156586 [details]
syslog networkmanager cutting
Same problem for me using bcm43xx_mac80211 and ndiswrapper.
bcm43xx_mac80211 syslog NetworkManager cutting attached.
same problems here... i also have a bcm4318 chip.. with fc6 everything worked fine with ndiswrapper with new ndiswrapper from livna it works great! maybe the bcm43xx-mac80211 issue is a driver problem, also and we shall report a bug against the kernel. i, personally, can't connect with wlassistant, either. I will confirm what Klaus said. I have downloaded the latest update of ndiswrapper from livna, previously v1.43, now v1.46, does work with Network Manager. |
