This contains a fix for a bug which renders PDF Arranger useless with qpdf 12.3.0. I'd therefore appreciate a quick update :)

(Don't get me wrong here, I think you are doing a great job maintaining qpdf and there would be a quick update anyway! And this just came out 2 hours ago. I'm just trying to do everything I can to minimize the annoyance to our users. Let me know if I can help in any way!)
