Since commit https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/mingw-glib-networking/c/db02ce587e2c7223be25633d328b87644ef9dc89?branch=rawhide , we have a build-requirement on mingw(32|64)-gsettings-desktop-schemas.

But we don't only need buildrequirement, but also runtime requirement.
Otherwise this fails with:
' GLib-GIO-ERROR **: 08:58:41.412: Settings schema 'org.gnome.system.proxy' is not installed'

The linux variant also has a runtime requirement on it:
