Oh it seems like my issue with f44/silverblue, it crashes with similar output
some investigation brings me to this:

https://github.com/flatpak/flatpak/issues/6524

there is no many apps it breaks, I found two of them. And 1.17.x is pre-release version so even rolling distro stays away of it.
for quick ugly fix I've downgraded flatpak to previous 1,17.0, but probably best way is stick to stable release. final f44 is around the corner
